Get ready for a fast-paced, full-body workout that will push your limits and help you achieve your fitness goals in record time! Our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class combines short bursts of intense exercise with recovery periods, designed to burn fat, build strength, and boost your cardiovascular endurance—all in under an hour.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, HIIT is customizable to your fitness level. Expect a mix of exercises such as sprints, burpees, squats, and more, keeping your heart rate up and your muscles engaged. Class size will also be limited to 8 participants to allow for a group atmosphere, while also ensuring the opportunity for individualized coaching.


HIIT & HUSTLE is a 30-minuted program offered Tuesday and Thursdays. There are two sessions; 5-5:30p.m. or 5:30-6p.m. This is a charged program with sign-up being offered to participants monthly.
