Designed for all fitness levels, this dynamic workout incorporates functional training and Olympic lifting techniques to enhance your overall performance, build muscle, and improve mobility.
Strength Training: Focus on Olympic lifting movements, such as the clean and jerk and snatch, alongside compound exercises using weights, kettlebells, and bodyweight to build strength and power.
Metabolic Conditioning: Engage in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit-style workouts that challenge your endurance and boost your metabolism.
Functional Movements: Incorporate real-world movements that improve balance, coordination, and agility, helping you perform daily activities with ease.

Join in on the coached classes offered twice per day, or lift on your own with the BTW app where the workouts are posted daily!
ESC is a 1-hour program offered 6 days per week. Monday-Friday 5-6a.m. and 6-7p.m. (no 6p.m. Friday), and Saturday 7a.m. This is a charged program, and sign-up is offered monthly.
