This class is designed around developing real, usable strength—helping you move better, feel better, and stay capable for years to come. Instead of chasing a quick burn or temporary fatigue, we focus on smart, progressive training that improves joint health, stability, and overall function. Every session is intentional, combining strength work with movement patterns that support longevity and resilience. Whether your goal is to stay active, prevent injury, or simply feel stronger in everyday life, this class meets you where you are and helps you build a foundation that lasts. Class size will also be limited to 12 participants to allow for a group atmosphere, while also ensuring the opportunity for individualized coaching.
B³(Better Built Bodies) is a 30-minuted program offered Tuesday and Thursdays from 5-5:30p.m. This is a charged program with sign-up being offered to participants monthly.
